Therapist Supervision and Consultation
-
Our supervision space is rooted in liberation, relationship, and cultural humility. We support licensed clinicians, associates, and trainees through BIPOC-affirming and anti-oppressive supervision grounded in decolonized practice. This work centers clinicians from marginalized communities and honors the systems that shape both our clients and ourselves.
Supervision is relational and reflective, integrating trauma-informed, person-centered, and culturally responsive care. We support clinical growth in assessment, case conceptualization, and treatment planning while also attending to therapeutic presence, boundaries, and the impact of power and identity in the room.
Group supervision is available for collective learning, peer consultation, and community-rooted accountability.

These group consultations are for clinicians, supervisors, organizational leaders, and allied health professionals who are ready to do the real work of decolonizing care and dismantling oppressive systems. We center BIPOC communities and other marginalized identities, not as an add-on, but as the foundation of ethical, liberatory practice.
This is a collective space to name and interrupt harm, examining how clinic policies, intake practices, physical environments, and referral networks can reproduce exclusion. Together, we reimagine systems of care that honor access, dignity, and self-determination.
We also engage in courageous self-reflection, exploring bias, power, and countertransference, particularly around sexual orientation, gender identity, and intersecting identities. This is accountability work. This is liberation work.
Group consultation is community-rooted, relational, and action-oriented, because transformation requires collective effort.

These one-on-one consultations are for licensed professionals ready to deepen their practice through an anti-oppressive, decolonized lens. This is a space to slow down, ask courageous questions, and examine how power, identity, and systems of harm show up in clinical work.
Together, we explore clinical dilemmas, ethical tensions, and the real-world challenges of practice with honesty and care. You’ll receive practical, evidence-informed strategies you can integrate immediately, while remaining grounded in relational, person-centered work that honors client autonomy and lived experience.
We also collaborate to reimagine your policies, documentation, and procedures, moving beyond performative inclusion toward truly affirming and accountable practices for communities targeted by systemic harm. This includes dismantling harmful structures and building systems rooted in dignity, access, and liberation.
This is a space for reflection, skill-building, and sustainable professional growth, supporting you in showing up with integrity, confidence, and cultural humility in your work.

Investment and Values
Our pricing reflects more than time; it honors the depth of training, lived experience, and relational labor required to hold decolonized, affirming, and anti-oppressive spaces for clinicians and organizations. As a Black woman therapist, supervisor, and scholar, I find this work both professional and ancestral. It is shaped by community accountability, cultural humility, and a commitment to collective healing.
We believe in ethical compensation without exploitation. Too often, the labor of Black women and clinicians from historically targeted communities is undervalued or expected to be offered at a discount. Our rates resist that narrative. They honor sustainability, reciprocity, and the truth that care work deserves to be resourced.
At the same time, we hold access as a justice issue, not a luxury. We recognize that financial barriers are real, especially for pre-licensed associates, BIPOC clinicians, queer and trans practitioners, and those navigating systems that were never built with them in mind. For this reason, we reserve a limited number of sliding-scale spots rooted in trust and community care.
You are not paying for consultations or supervision—you are investing in:
• Decolonized and anti-oppressive frameworks
• Culturally responsive clinical wisdom
• Lived experience and ancestral knowledge
• Accountability-driven supervision
• Sustainable, relational care
This is not transactional work. This is movement work inside clinical spaces.
